IT’S HERE! Versace for H&M Shoes & Clothing LookBook!

Today the full lookbook for the Versace x H&M collection FINALLY came out & I was seriously blown away by how well the tack-tastic, rock&roll nature so very inherent to the Versace Label, was translated into clothes & accessories for the H&M fast-fashion brand. The tiki/Hawaian floral prints? Clever & appreciatively un-redundant for a fall/winter collection! As for the shoes…

…the women's black towering boots are fun with their patent detailing, but I must admit that I'm rather saddened by the blahness of the pink & black patent strap sandals. Although to be fair, the simplicity of the shoes does work well with the outlandishly intricate & patterned tops, dresses, bottoms & handbags of the collection. Some subtlety had to be placed somewhere!

I've got to admit that the men's shoes have been fantastically minimized with interesting design elements (notice the lack of seam or closure behind the laces & stud on the outer part of the heel?). The bucked ankle boot/sneaker is equally as fun with it's ‘tropical' blue/green lining, which you can see if you look closely. All in all from what I can see? Well done!
