It was all about the Canadian tuxedo last season: both the stylish celeb class (Olivia P.) & trash (Kim K.) were caught sporting the double denim looks with blue jeans & chambray all over NYC & LA. This, however, doesn't mean a good ‘ol Canadian tux can't be worn well within the current Fall 2014 season. Especially not in Toronto, Canada, if I can help it! Wearing denim on denim with black suede pumps is my second favorite way to sport the trendy jean pairing, right after patent nude pumps.

When I come across ugly shoes, it makes me sad. When my eyes cross paths with ugly designer shoes (such as these black plastic “Glove” pumps by Karl Lagerfeld for Melissa) it just makes me weep. Quite literally. And even more so in this case, because this particular black footwear atrocity bears a striking resemblance to Crocs (if you're unfamiliar with the mind-numbing gardening sandal sensation, please see the image below).
