I'm gonna get such backlash (again) for disparaging that which is Prada‘s little Miu Miu, but c'mon. Really. Who in their right mind is going to wear these boots (besides pseudo-hipster bloggers at oh-so-fashion-able partays?)!
These embody a couple of my personal shoe pet peeves: flared heel + accentuated 70s vintage vibe. Although I must admit that the color & material combination is rather delicious, the shape just turns me right off. And in proper man-repelling fashion, these shoes will most likely turn off your date too. Unless that's your intention. In that case, get these bow-embellished snake-effect leather ankle boots (yep, that's what they're called) for $895 at NET-A-PORTER.
