Unlike most bloggers out there, I am not a writer or editor but rather, a former corporate fashion design slave, turned freelance design consultant & blogger. So no sending me snarky messages saying my grammar’s crap; I know that already.
I was born in the UK, but raised in Canada & Italy. Must be the reason why I can’t seem to stay put. In one continent.
Having designed everything from lingerie, plus-size fashions to toddler shoes & stilettos, I’ve developed a certain open-mindedness about fashion & design. Leggings worn as pants & Ugg-style boots cross my line of tolerance.
I have an undying obsession with HBO shows. Seriously, it’s a little sad.
I’m a chronic insomniac. Anything that comes between me and my sleep is an enemy. The line between reality & revery often becomes blurred.
Aesthetically, I’m drawn to the likes of bubble gum meets whips & chains. Kinda like if Katy Perry & Marilyn Manson had a love child.
For all you Canadians: although I’m from Toronto, I don’t believe the world revolves around it. It revolves around New York. Obviously.
My shoe size is a 38 US/38.5 EU. Just sayin’.
